We are so glad we were able to be there to share in David and Jenny's day. It was everything they wanted: close friends and family, an unbelievable setting, and a meaningful moment about them.
Here's our pretty girl, dressed and ready for the wedding.
She even humored me and let me do little braids in her hair!
Our sweet baby!
What's the saying? "You can dress her up, but you can't take her out?"
The father of the groom, the groom, and the Justice of the Peace (on his 40th anniversary, no less) walking down to the wedding site.
The beautiful bride entering with her parents.
The ceremony.
The gorgeous site and day!
Aren't they adorable? This was too funny to watch from the back. Jana and I sat in the back and Kara danced to the music as the bride entered... completely oblivious to anything else in the world.
Again with the flashing?
Here's the whole crew after the wedding.
The groom's parents.The bride's parents.
Apparently Kara found something really fun to play with... better than building with blocks, I guess.
Jana wasn't feeling good, so she and I went back up to the house so she could nap. Kara "a go find Mommy." She was watched very closely, but Daddy was curious to see how far she would go on her own. Going...
going... (and flashing, again)...and that was as far as she she made it before getting nervous.
The happy groom.
The "E" men, hanging out.
Glenna, Gramps, and Grandpa Ray enjoying the reception.Mama and Jana before she starting feeling badly
Bocce ball is difficult to play in a wedding dress, but infinitely more difficult with a one year old trying to climb in between the layers of the dress. Hee, hee.Fun and games
The infamous duo... again..
Kara came up to check on Jana and make sure she was okay... Our sweet girl!Poor Jana, not feeling well.
Who needs the wonderful dinner? Instead just a roll will do.
